Items should be returned new, unworn and with all the safety tags and designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer on their costs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if any of your purchases have been delivered with damages / fabric faults or without the safety tags.
Please note: There will be no refund for items in sale!
Christian Louboutin sneakers can’t be returned.
All the items are secured with a safety tag. If you don’t like the item or the item doesn’t fit please email email@example.com with your order number. Items must not have been worn.
Purchased swimwear should be tried on over underwear.
Where provided, belts, wallets, caps and bags must be returned with the safety tag attached. Items that are ordered through the personal shopping service can’t be returned.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping the shoes. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged box, including the spare laces and the dustbags. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
FBYMM offers one free exchange per product per customer (sale items excluded). Free exchange is limited to ONE exchange for the same product in another size or colour. If you would like to change the item please email firstname.lastname@example.org
FBYMM does not accept returns through the social media accounts as Instagram or Facebook.
All items returned should have a returning document included, make sure that you use the returning address sticker that is included with the package. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Make sure that you keep the track & trace number when sending your package at your post office.
